  • Evangelize proper UX and design throughout the organization
  • Distill feedback and feature requests from stakeholders and customer into actionable items for my team
  • Encourage a component library to better enable my team to iterate on design mocks faster and create a seamless handoff to engineering

Better authoring experiences

The overall goal was to lead the next generation of Component Content Managing Systems in the DITA space while allowing users with little DITA experience to effectively use the tool. Many of the processes were improvements over the legacy software as well as competitor offerings.
